Confirmation Retreat

In order to be confirmed, the Archdiocese of Milwaukee requires students to take a full weekend retreat focused on the confirmation experience. While it is a required part of the program, 85% of confirmation candidates say it was the best part of the confirmation program.
The Confirmation retreat is designed to give us the opportunity to get away from our daily routine and to take time to relax and focus on ourselves, our faith, and our relationship with God. We retreat revolves around God's Love for us, during the good and difficult parts of our lives. This is accomplished with games, activities, witness talks, small group discussions, and experiencing the Sacraments. We hold our confirmation retreats at the St. Vincent Pallotti Retreat Center in Elkhorn, WI. They do not usually host high school groups, so we see this as a great privilege to use their facility, Here are a few notes that parents and candidates need to be aware of:
